About Craig Neleson, MD
Craig Neleson, MD is board certified in Pain Management, Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation by the American Board of Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation. Dr. Neleson began his training with two years of an Internal Medicine residency however, ultimately switched to a Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation residency which he completed at the University of Wisconsin. Dr. Neleson completed a nonsurgical Orthopedic and Sports Medicine fellowship at Sinai Hospital in Baltimore, Maryland. Dr Neleson also completed ACGME Pain Fellowship in Virginia Commonwealth University. Has been practicing pain management in the North Texas area since 2006 where he lives with his wife and two children.
Dr. Neleson choose the field of medicine to treat you ethically. He knows you have different pain generators, different comorbid medical conditions, different desires, as well as different social and financial situations. Dr. Neleson prides himself on his craftsmanship when creating a treatment plan with you that best takes these complexities into account.
Dr. Neleson believes that your treatment plan rests on the foundation of an intricate history and examination, supported by images and other diagnostic studies. Pain interventions are only used after a logical hypothesis is created. Dr. Neleson is constantly trying to add new treatments to his already broad interventional armamentarium to combat your pain.
